One of the very first Circuit weekends of the year has always been the world famous Mardi Gras in New Orleans, attracting members of the GLBT community from around the world. Oz Nightclub, New Orleans' #1 dance club located in the heart of the French Quarter, serves as the Mardi Gras epicenter beginning February 12. This year, JustCircuit assumes the role of ~Presenting Sponsor~ all weekend long, as some of the Circuit's best talent arrives at Oz to continue the centuries-old tradition in a "Circuit" kind of way!
DJ David Knapp (Atlanta) returns to Oz on Friday, February 12 and DJ Joe Gauthreaux (Los Angeles/New Orleans) is back in place for a busy Saturday night. On Sunday, DJ Tracy Young (Los Angeles) takes the booth following the ever popular "Krewe of Bacchus Parade".
Then on Fat Tuesday, February 16, Mardi Gras Day, The Bourbon Street Awards Costume Contest, hosted by local favorites Bianca Del Rio and Blanche Debris, kicks off a busy day of activities to an audience of thousands of party people.
Throughout the weekend, also enjoy the sounds of Oz resident DJs Tim Plueger, Jason Lanoux and Jay R with lights all weekend long by Johnny Eubanks.
