Apparently there was a problem with the "Remember Login" feature of the site.  People have been attempting to use this option during login and the site wasn't remembering them.

In reviewing the problem when a user selected the "Remember Login" during login a cookie is being created, however the cookie had a default time of 60 minutes.  This is good if you'll be back to the site every 60 minutes.  If you only login once a week or every couple of weeks you need login each time.  I've modified the cookie to last 2 weeks.  If anyone thinks this is too short or too long please let me know and I'll make adjustments.
